We provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Our therapists are experienced in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, substance use disorders and dual diagnosis. We use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help our clients overcome challenges and improve their overall wellbeing.

Through play, we help children express themselves, explore, and understand their world. Tailoring our approach to each child's unique needs, we address challenges like anxiety, behavior issues, and family changes. Our goal is to foster resilience and emotional growth by building trust and providing a safe, supportive space for exploration. We empower children to reconnect with themselves and others, develop coping skills, and thrive emotionally and socially.

 We offer couples counseling including premarital, marriage and relationship counseling. Our experienced therapists provide a supportive and confidential space to explore and address your unique challenges so you can reconnect and thrive.  Strong, healthy relationships are built on a foundation of mutual respect, trust, forgiveness, and integrity. We will work with you to improve communication, build intimacy, and develop strategies for managing conflicts. 

ARC Counseling offers high-quality training and educational opportunities, from professional CEU workshops to faith-based marriage intensives. Our programs combine clinical excellence with practical application and biblical perspectives, providing fresh insight, hands-on learning, and lasting impact for counselors and those passionate about helping others. Through these trainings, we aim to strengthen the counseling profession while enriching the care clients receive.
