Alexandra currently has a waitlist. Please let us know if you would like to be added to the waitlist.
After growing up in small-town Texas surrounded by her sports-fanatic family, Alexandra headed to Texas A&M University where she had a lot of good, wholesome fun—and studied a little International Arts & Culture along the way. Post-grad, her journey led her across the globe to see what God is doing in His church worldwide, then to the beauty of Montana where she taught elementary Montessori and helped plant a church on a college campus.
Along the way, it became clear that one of Alexandra’s greatest gifts is simply being present with people. (Yes, she knows that sounds a bit obnoxious—feel free to laugh!) But truly, she’s seen God move through presence: asking good questions, listening well, and showing up with warmth. That love for walking alongside others in their hard places led her to pursue counseling through Dallas Theological Seminary, where she’s grateful to have studied the integration of Bible, theology, and psychology. That season deepened her understanding of God’s love—and her desire to share it with others.
At ARC, Alexandra works with women ages 15 thru 30. As she transitions to providing online-only counseling, she continues to offer a warm, welcoming space for clients to feel safe, known, and supported—no matter where they are located. She is passionate about helping clients navigate identity, life transitions, anxiety, depression, OCD-related concerns, and feeling “stuck.” Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in hope.
Alexandra welcomes clients from all faith backgrounds and is especially passionate about the well-being of the Church. She considers it a sacred honor to walk with fellow believers through challenging seasons and into greater freedom and flourishing.
Alexandra is clinically supervised by Brooke Atkinson, LPC, CPCS.
